no worries....birds know when the proper time is. All these migrations are weather dependant and they will be here when the time is right. Each spring and different weather patterns, cant seem to base the returns from year to year.

A good guess. I had the same happen at my old place a few yrs ago. They have incredible instinct.

Not all Martin colonies are posted on this site.... just old fashioned mom and pops and purist passions. I say no problem A beautiful site and open pretty well.
