this morning i took my first shot and got a starling. they cant even get in my houses as all cresent entrances but they sit on the highline and harass my martins. now when im around they will sit a lot farther away! happy hunting i know i cant elimate all house sparrows and starilings but i will sur...

Hello from far north east TX .. it seems the martins go around me east and west before they get here . but my first pair arrived march 4 ... now i have 4 asy males and the one asy female... had 3 visitors stop by for a day but left the next morning. it is amazing how much joy a few singing birds can...

I actually had 2 asy males show up yesterday morning. very cold and raining in the 20s last night with rain turning to light snow. now they are huddled on the porch of my house. i have never tried to feed them but i think i will try to throw something up. question should i go try to find mealworms? ...

I agree completely as i have thought about this a lot. i get to thinking about getting them to allow me to put up a repeating trap around these . hope you can get some results. i think the elimination of the number of birds they are hatching here will help in the long run. jmo
