I have at least 10 SYs here this morning. Mostly males but there are 3-4 females! Unruly teenagers are trying to enter occupied gourds and the fighting to the ground has started. I don't have many open spaces left got them.

Why don't I see this on the scout report for north Texas? I am not expecting them for another month here in northeast Texas.

Well this is my first year and I have a bunch of martins. I know what the ASY's look like and when these other 2 showed up the other day I wasn't sure because of their color was so much lighter kinda brownish light faint purple on their backs and little lighter in chest area but are deffinatly martins so I'm pretty sure they are subadults SY's.
