There's a video on how to feed martins in the sticky notes, above new posts. You can flip mealworms to the martins with a plastic spoon, same as crickets. Also go to sticky post on basics for the new season and read feeding articles there. But, with just 1-2 days of cold, the martins may not be hungry enough to take an interest in supplemental food. So give it a try, but don't be disappointed if they don't eat. It's a good chance to start training them.

Unless your martins are trained to catch the food you flip in the air with a spoon, your expensive worms end up in the lawn....... try flipping scrambled eggs till they start swooping in to catch it, then go to worms and crickets, it's cheeper and you can see the eggs in the lawn as not easy findig a meal worm.
You can erect a feeding tray & pole setup about 20 or so feet and away and a few feet lower than your housing is best way, You can buy this set up from PMCA shop.
Or just place the food in the housing. Last year I placed a bunch of thawed out crickets and meal worms in each cavity and they ate it all up. They flew around awhile being unsure what I put in their house but eventually entered and had a feast.
good luck this year!
