A Florida landlord is moving out of martin range, and has three good systems to sell. The racks are 3 different models
1-Hilltop Trendsetter -12
2-Deluxe Gourd Rack-12
3-Deluxe Gourd Rack -6 expandable
All with are being sold fully equipped with SuperGourds, Owl guards, and predator guards.

The 6 unit rack is brand new this year. The landlord is practically giving these systems away - $100 each, rack system, gourds, guards, complete - everything but the ground stakes, which purchaser will have to replace.

Purchaser will need to come and remove the systems. This is a terrific opportunity for someone to get started with first-rate equipment, and she wants to help someone get involved with martins.

Martin Colony History: I moved to South Florida, from Delaware, in August of 2015.

I care for a 6 condo Sunset House as well as two Deluxe Gourd Racks, with 24 Chirpynest/Excluder gourds, along a canal in Pompano Beach, Florida.

At Quiet Waters Park, nearby in Deerfield Beach, I care for a Deluxe Gourd Rack with 12 TVG's. I also care for a Deluxe Gourd rack with 12 Excluder gourds with Modified Excluder entrances. I am substituting 6 Chirpynest boxes for 6 of the Conley II entranced gourds in 2026.

At another local park, Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, I care for a Trendsetter 12, 5 gourds rack with 60 Excluder gourds with Modified Excluder Entrances and 1 Deluxe Gourd Rack with 12 Troyer Vertical Gourds with Starling Stoppers over the Conley II's to keep out smaller starlings.

I am sorry to hear that Florida is losing such a good landlord. Unfortunately, Florida seems to be short on purple martin colonies. Good luck in your new life.

I will take all three but I need shipping to MO 65301
I would be happy to pay to remove and ship if it would work for the seller.

Greg, she does not want to pack and ship - that's a pretty big job. Buyer needs to remove the systems. How long a drive would it be?

I understand Louise just thought I would give your seller a option if it could not be sold local... It would be a 12 hr drive for me both ways.

Greg, do you know anyone in Florida or a landlord down there who would be willing to to disasemble and ship for you?

What part of Florida is it? There are other landlords there I know of which might want them.
