After I thought my martins had totally left, to my surprise a group of them came around this morning showing the young birds where the house is and they also circle around the area. I have a feeling they have been doing this quite often but I am not at home all day.Just Visiting

No problems having several pairs for the past 5 years. Never quite have a full house.

Thanks I hope next season will be good as well. {for you and everyone] I only see 6 pm's come in this evening.ill be offering 68 cavities for 2017. That will surely last me the next 2 years. I'll see how my Alamo house works, if good I'll probably add one more to replace expanded plastic town house. Thought about the Goliad house so you could add to it but if I would add the gourd rack to the Alamo it would be enough cavities for one pole.
