I’m wondering the same. This is my second year trying for martins- last year I got a late start, but I’m ready this year.
I live in central Kentucky. The three successful colonies near me have yet to report subadults. Hope this helps- good luck to you!

phldave is so right on his comment about reporting the subbies. The wanna be future landlords rely on this information provided by active colony landlords. I have assisted 8 new landlords here in Iowa this srping in getting everything prepared for possible starts of a new colony. It only takes a little observation and to report the SY martins on the website, this is valueable info and a necessary task to help the overall martin population.
