Hanging "vacancy here" signs
Still waiting and they're hitting the usual sites. Got quite a bird community forming between sparrows, starlings and tree sparrows but still no elusive Martin. I'm hanging vacancy signs hoping other landlords have taught them to read.
Lol. I see them in my neighborhood but they seem hesitant to actually nest in my units, especially the gourds. I’ve been checking them over weekly and destroying nests but no sign of Martin activity. Why can’t I get some bluebirds or wrens?
