I never said anything about a group of people not knowing what they are talking about. I responded in detail to specific claims about the non-existence of global warming and provided references. All the references are supported by data published in peer reviewed scientific publications. You can choose to believe what I post or not. The idea that the current increases in yearly average global temperature is man-made is widely supported by an overwhelming majority of climate scientists (something like 98%). All the arguments I read that are against global warming being caused by man do not hold water and are easily refuted with a little research. The arguments against man-made global warming all appear to originate from the powerful petrochemical and other energy industries and from their political operatives and not from climate scientists.

I have posted these responses to posts made by others doubting global warming, I did not start these conversations. This forum is not about conservative politics, it is about Purple Martins. If people are going to use this forum to post information about why man-made global warming is not true, then I will respond with my reasons for what I believe and include references that refer to scientific literature and data. I have not belittled anyone here, I have merely posted responses to statements made by others. Furthermore, anthropogenic global warming has a very real effect on the subject of this forum, Purple Martins. Check the Purple Martin Conservation Associations publications for more information.

I do not believe debates about religious beliefs are appropriate for this forum.

Global warming is a pseudo scientific term, coined for no other reason than to cause, or create confusion and money making opportunities for those who first beat the drum about it.

The "wink" "wink" science behind global warming is at best suspect and corrupted.

Sheople need to wake up and see what it is that the Gubmint and mainstream media is forcing down their throats, less they may choke on it.

I don't think it is difficult to find profit motives on the global warming deniers side. I encourage the unbiased reader to study both sides of the debate and determine which side has more merit based on the arguments and evidence put forth. I think that is something we all can agree on.
