I used some plywood and old vinyl siding I had laying around to make nest trays for my T-14. Easy peasy!

Landlord John Barrow also makes his own nest trays, from the Dow, blue styrofoam. They last a long time, and the styrofoam is very easy to work with.

I think it is a coats house. enlarged to 6x12. my neighbor has 2 ponds and had it out their over ran with sparrows. I asked the if they would give it to me and they did. it needs to go in the trash. but it will work this year if I can get a nest tray in it. the young got wet in it last year. so if nest trays will help with this then I wont trash it.

Chickadee,
There are subfloor/nest trays that are available for the Coates houses, that will keep the nests much much drier.
