Will they renest?
Martins are excellent at differentiating a nesting failure due to weather and/or some type of housing failure, as opposed to a predatory failure.
Being that yours was a weather related housing failure, and that they're still together, and hanging around, I's say there's a great chance they'll re-lay some eggs.

Early in the season, they will renest, but later they will not
