Manage 7 different colonies in Colby Kansas.

Please tell me what you guys think of the location. I’m really wanting to get them started back here. It’s about 200 feet away from my Front Yard site and about 100 feet from my actual house. You can see my Duck pen in the video so I’m hoping with them back there, There will be more activity. Thanks!

Only thing I could critique is the trees do provide a place for hawks and owls to spy on your flock. You do have good distance though for a warning to your PM's. You will just have to watch out during the season to see whats up. My main house is over 100 feet away...probably more like 250. Some trees as close as 100 feet. So far so good. My flock does not seem bothered by our house so far away.. They still come by and swoop over. Hoping you have a wonderful season. Its a process as a landlord. Your set up looks lovely. Glad to see your ducks too!!
