Thanks to everyone who replied regarding the mites..alll is under control.
I noticed yesterday that 3 babies from one family were out flying and the 4th baby was not flying yet and was left at the house. It was 2-3 hours before the family came back and the 4th baby was not fed during this time. When the parents came back they looked at the 4th baby and pretended to place food in its mouth but didn't feed it. This morning the baby is out on the porch perched up on the rail however the parents are not feeding it yet. I also noticed that the 4th baby is flapping its wings. Should I be concerned about the 4th baby and its nourishement:?:

Hey Brendak--sounds like your 4th baby is doing ok. He was probably the last one to hatch so he will fly today. The parents will stop feeding in order to entice them to come out and fly. If he is out on the porch flapping his wings then he will most likely be making his maiden flight soon!! Yeah for you!
