The radar show was unreal this morning, for both the Dale Hollow Roost and the Wheeler Dam Roost. (The Decatur roost seems to have moved a few miles down the river to Wheeler Dam) I can't see anything around Rome, Ga this year, however. But, there does seem to be a couple in southern KY.
I sent an email to Tim Ross, weather man out of Nashville, channel 4, and he showed them on his radar and told the watchers what they were.
WOW! What A Radar Return!

Hey Thurman, Fred, Ray and I went out in the boat last night at the Wheeler Dam Roost and it was incredible. I have never been so close to that many Martins in my life. It was just getting good and a big rain storm ended our trip. Words cannot describe it.....
