Newbie here in Northwest Georgia. Had an adult pair land on my housing the day after I put it up and haven’t had anything but free swallows since. Working on the Drew method now to get rid of TS’s and then setting back up.

Thank you all for your responses. Happy to say that i just set out a gourd on a shepherds hook and took down my S&K house and I am literally watching the tree swallows fly in and out of the gourd with nesting material. Going to give them a few days and try to re-set up my martin housing! Fingers...
