Well I have a pole and gourd set up arriving Wed. So I'll have it up this weekend. Is it too late for central Texas this year? I know there is another guy in my neighborhood with a martins.
Just thinking about chances for this year.

Thinking about getting a 15' Tri Tel pole. I guess it's too late to get a new colony started near Austin, Tx so maybe this will be for next year??

Could I put 2 gourd racks on the pole?

Is there some thing I can put on top to keep rain water from going inside the pole?
