I have friends including my brother who are falconers.

We have audio now but you will hear a buzz so it still needs some fixing.

The camera is a cheap analog security camera that we picked up from Fry's a few years ago. We mount the camera in tunnel extension that we attach to the gourd's lid. We then run the camera cable to the house and connect it to a computer via a video-capture interface. Then we use UStream to broadcast...

I have had males not want to get off and the female starts squawking at them until they do. They love to sit on the eggs and babies when the female is not there.

This is the first time on the camera I was able to see a baby pecking a hole in his shell....it was cool. I believe it got recorded too.

I usually have a few capped eggs every year but not one this year...yet

The audio line has gone bad, we will try to get that fixed.

Yea I saw when you got yours this year it was early. Yesterday and today all kinds of birds are coming out to this warm weather, feels like spring.

I reported my first martins today and that is 2 weeks later than any of my dates I have reported. So they are definitely on their way. I am glad they were not here during the cold spell.

At 8:30a.m. this morning a pair of martins flew circles around my 3" pole then went to a nest in my M12K house. They are out there right now just preening away.

I have completely changed my setup three times since I started being a landlord and I have grown every year until full capacity. I only wait now of putting up all my poles or opening everything up so I can get as many sparrows as possible in my traps. Since I usually don't have any nests left for ne...

I have four of the lights.

It has kept the hawks away in the very early morning hours when the lights are still flashing but not during the day at all.

I have not had another owl attack but I have seen the owls very close by.

Yea I looked at some used scuba tanks but all the ones I found were too expensive so I will wait on that and just use the pump or the co2.
