Nearest damage to me (in Rockwall) was 12 miles away. Only 30mph winds so my birds only got a little sea sick

See and hear my ColonyCam

I don't always have my ColonyCam online due to bandwidth limitations, but this weekend thare are so many Martins competing for housing and making a lot of noise, it's really fun to watch. See the link in my signature below.

I wondered if a Hawk may have scared the 3rd one in to the wrong house. It was intent on staying because it was also just about dark.

Hi everyone. Thank you for the kind comments. The camera this year is mounted in the top of a LoneStar gourd facing straight down. In past years it was mounted to the access lid looking down at about a 45 degree angle which gave a nice view angle but was so close that much of the action was out of f...

+1 for the Diablo Exact pellets in the Beeman R7. But those Predator Polymags look pretty cool.

I bought a Beeman R7 2 years ago and have been VERY happy. The accuracy is astounding, and the break barrel is much easier to reload and ready to fire than my prior rifle, which was a Walmart Airmaster 77 which wore me out pumping it up and had a pattern the size of a paper plate at 75 feet. I bough...

Dang nabit. It is a SREH opening, and it faces away from my back porch so I will have to pop him when he is checking out other gourds or standing on top of the rack like he owns the place. I will be home and on guard most of the weekend so I will keep you posted. Thank you for the heads up.

You have 3 wires, audio, video, and power. So you can plug it in at your TV or wherever you are connecting it for viewing.

For several years I've gone to the Saltillo exit at County Line Road.at the East side of Hopkins County on i-30. It's a safe place to exit and pull off the road. A clump of Pines with ungroomed grass so I can rake up a few bagfulls of needles to last a couple of years.

I was in East Texas

I had to go 70 miles East of Rockwall to rake up a few trash bags of Pine needles for my gourds and houses. I like to have their beds made when they arrive.

I didn't mind the small ads at the bottom of the video, or anywhere else on the page. I have an old desktop pc that sits under the desk and just has my NestCam using Webcam Monitor.Yawcam is a pretty decent FREE alternative but it doesn't have sound.

No more ads on NestCam

OK. I'm tired of Ustream popping up full screen ads on my NestCam so I am testing Blue Iris to show my NextCam at mms://chris.homedns.org:8082 I may be changing software or dinking with settings over the next week, but you won't see any ads. (You may see a "Trial version" watermark until I...
