cricket launching idea

Say what do you all think about this idea I got from my friends at work. There is a 'gun' that you make out of PVC called a marshmellow gun. Just enter marshmellow gun into google and you'll find all kinds of different directions on how to make one. Put a cricket into one end, blow on the other and launch them into the air. I suppose a person would get pretty winded after a couple hours of blowing crickets. Maybe I'll try the sling shot.

If it backfired, inhaling a cricket doesn't sound like an idea I'd want to do!

It is amazing the ideas that we come up with to feed our birds. Someone saw me flipping crickets once and wanted to make me an automated cricket flipping machine. I declined. I told him it would take all the fun out of it. What I discovered this year is an unbreakable plastic measuring spoon. Teaspoon size works best for me. In years past I have tried the big plastic serving spoons and plastic picnic style spoons. The first was too big and the others broke too often. I soon learned to arm myself with 2 or 3 to save myself a trip back inside. Little did I know that my trusty measuring spoon would do such a good job.
