Beautiful Martin House on Amish PBS Special

I am watching a PBS show called " The Amish:American Experience" and they just showed an Amish farm with a very nice Purple Martin house with gourds underneath. It was a very nice set up. I'm sure it was made by the homeowner, they are excellent woodworkers.

Also enjoyed the program.

Of course I was watching for martins. Saw the T-14 but didn't see martins on it. there was a very brief shot of large dark birds soaring in the sky later in the program, I think were martins but scene was about one second.

That little Amish boy in the crafts store giving a sales pitch on the blanket -- some sort of snuggie -- had the tourists wrapped around his little finger - ha.
