NO MARTINS YET. HAD JUST OCCASIONAL VISITORS.
MOST JUST MADE PASSES.
THOUGHT SURE WE WOULD HAVE THEM AGAIN THIS YEAR.
NOT SURE WHY WE HAVEN'T.
WE HAD SEVERAL TREES REMOVED FROM OUR PROPERTY
LAST FALL, I WONDER IF THE DRASTICALLY CHANGED
LANDSCAPE MAY BE THE REASON WHY.
IS IT TOO LATE IN THE YEAR FOR THE MARTINS TO
HAVE A SUCCESSFUL NESTING??
ANY IDEAS WOULD BE MOST WELCOME. THANKS.

Where your located, probably no subbies or just a few have made it up north this year so far! plenty of time to get a nesting pair and clearing out trees will help you allot! A few decoys and a dawnsong tape and you should be in good shape to attract some this year! If your getting visitors, you may have a colony nearby.
