Just spotted an adult Male today, more or less asking me to open up some condo's for him :-). The Tree Swallows were back 2-3 weeks ago and the Martins are on schedule...not sure if they follow the TRES back or not :-).

There were TWO just now but I could not get a real good look at the second one :-).

This is the neighbors two doors down housing, hope they like MINE better :-).

they will like your bo11 with tunnel as all 6 of my bo11 have all ready been taken either by pairs or single asy male occupied;;the neighibors housing looks close too everything;good luck this year;;jr2

2015 69 pairs 418 eggs 396 fledged
2019 I have 148 openings now
2016 100 pairs 600 babies fledged added another t-14 and have 126 openings now
2015 Jun 24 360 babies and 58 eggs also found one that had died
2017 632 babies 11died and 20 were killed by hawks
2015 74 pairs and 9 eggs 5/14
2010 3pairss

2018 651 babies 5 hawk kills 11 floater kills 25 died in houses and 610 fledged

Well time will tell on that one, all has been well so far.

Any predator would have the TRES housing on shepherds crooks to pick on first, and even they have never been bothered.

I know that may sound controversial, but I stand firm on my position, I got the stuff to make a snake net but never got round to it last year.
