Martin Colony History: Had my site up to 22 gourds of which most (+/-3) stayed occupied.
Downsized to 17 gourds due to back surgeries. Had 14 families in 2017 but did not do nest checks due to health. Feeling better in 2018 and hoping for a good year.

Great news Jason!
Mine are showing up so fast now I can't keep up. Beautiful weather today to just sit and enjoy their songs!
Happy Martin Season.

Hey Jason!
I am so sorry I am just now replying to your post from February. Unfortunately, tax season runs right along side of the time my beautiful martins arrive every year. Last year I finally put up housing in my front yard too so I can watch and listen to my martins through my office window. I was taking way too many breaks before and now I can work and watch!!
We are in Walker, to finally answer your reply to my post. I love, love, love, the whole Covington/Mandeville area and would move there in a second if not for my grandbabies living next door.
I hope you have a great martin season.
