Hi Jodi, I am still learning the new forum. I will work on figuring out how to post pictures and send as many as you would like. It is in very good condition.

Thank you for your interest

Hi Craig,

Definitely not giving up the landlord status. That particular rack is half gourds and then the trendsetter, and have decided to convert it to all gourds.

Good Luck This Year!

Oh my. that's a great deal. Are you including the pole and winch? Might be the original round pole. they work okay. I momentarily considered purchasing it for future use at a park, but I'm going to walk away now and not look back for a day and hope someone else buys it and it goes to a good home for martins.

Glad your not quitting. I like gourds the best. Everything is easier with gourd too .

Hi John,

I am just selling the House itself, I purchased the house by itself and installed it on an existing pole I had. It does come with the nesting trays though. Hope you have your systems up and ready it looks like with the weather we have coming after this week along with some early sightings we have had, you could have some martins showing up soon! Good Luck this Year!
