Martin Colony History: Started my Colony in 2008 with 32 gourds and one ASY pair. As of 2017 I had 106 cavities with 106 pair.

I am selling a 3 year old trendsetter 12. It has nesting trays and I have raised the floor at the exterior entrances, up to within an 1/8" to help deter starlings. This does not include the pole, but anyone who has priced the trendsetter knows that even whith out the pole it is very reasonably priced. For whatever reason the martins at my site seem to prefer gourds over other types of housing, can't even fill my t-14, but all the gourds fill up every year. In the near future the t-14 will go also, but one step at a time. Buyer will need to pay shipping if unable to pick up.

I have one pair and 2 single males so far. Terrible weather for martins the last 3 or 4 days here in Missouri, but its looking up.
