. I had three late nesting pair with 11 young. The last gourd to fledge was August 8th, they all hung around, would leave in the morning, hunt and then come back in the evening. I would see some of them in trees out front and on the power line wires and just flying around the gourds. A shame it will be quiet now and I will miss their calling.I had a good year again, 21 nesting pair, 89 fledged. I might have to put up another pole with more gourds for next year.
