Martin Colony History: Started in 1992 From neighbors old 1950-60's colonies. Have 8 Trio 6 Room Houses, 4 MPP Poles, 1 Heath Deluxe Gourd with Troyer Porch, 8 NatureLine Gourds with Troyer Porches, 5 Troyer Horizontals ,& 2 S&K 11" WITH Troyer Porches ready for 2019 Season !

I'm FALL Cleaning, & I found out that I have 16 S&K Porches I'LL NEVER USE !! ( a friend of mine gave them to me ages ago !) So, if you want 1,2, 13, or all 16, PM me, OR, if you'er a visitor to the forum, email me at triplane103@hotmail.com. All I ask is that you USE THEM ! even if you want one for your Snail Tank ! :grin: , yup, just put 2 rubber suckers on one ( The Porch ! :wink: ) against a tank's wall & see how many days it takes your Snail "Speedy" to get on top of one ! 10 are new, & 6 are slightly used with 2 having one perch end broken Clean off . Don't worry about the postage, they weigh hardly anything, ( if you want to pay me the postage later, fine, I also have PayPal :grin: , if not, NO BIG DEAL! :grin: ) I might take a while to check my PMs/email, So I'll go by date they were sent to me, first come, first to Perch !! :wink: WED. Update, these porches DO NOT come with the Plastic Push Pins (Sorry :-( ) But please check out the PMCA store first ! :grin:

I could use 8 of them as I will add that many gourds for next year.
2014 8 gourds, 3 pairs nested. Ended w/ 24 total
2015 24 gourds, 22 nests. Lotsa birds!
2016 24 gourds and good activity.
2017 32 SREH gourds. Great activity.
2018 40 SREH gourds. Good finish despite big storm damage. No more dangling gourds.
2019 56+ SREH gourds, all on 3/8 rods. Birds did very well.
2020 56 SREH gourds.

Martin Colony History: Put up the colony in 2015 and had a mean and nasty fight with the sparrows, yet one pair stayed and five fledged.

I could use the other 8 for the top floors of my 2 red barn houses :grin:

2015- 1 pair
2016- 12 pair
2017- 0 pair (predators). Back to square one.
