Pale chick

Newly hatched chicks in one of the houses one looks very pale. What’s up with that?

I’ve got a few babies they look like that but not as pale. It could be a little dehydrated, maybe different coloration, like albino or something, it could be ill, or just fine. Have you seen it move? And eat? Or try to get food from you? If it’s still eating and pretty spunky then I would say it’s fine.
I did, a while back, have a baby that was kind of pale and then the next day it was more pink.
How many babies are in that nest?
It’s still alive right?
And do you if it is getting enough food? That can cause some paleness from what I’ve seen..
