Kentucky purple martin landlords
I have a Troyer Round Rack with 16 Troyer horizontal gourds with Conley ll tunnel entrances, brake winch and other assorted landlord supplies. All are in excellent condition. I had been a martin landlord for 20 years, prior to retiring from a rural to an urban environment. I found one article reporting successfully attracting martins to an urban setting, so have tried for the past 5 years, without success. In previous years I successfully fledged around 60 martins per year, and loved supporting this amazing songbird. But, after 5 unsuccessful years, I am hoping to find an experienced martin landlord who might be interested in expanding their martin colony.

I am in Louisville, so not sure if that is further than you want to travel. The entire gourd rack can be disassembled (which is not easy, but not impossible) for relocation. I partially disassembled the rack when I moved it, but I had a large horse trailer to carry the bigger pieces. Let me know what you think. Thanks for your interest. I am sad to see this perfectly good housing sit empty and just want it to go to someone who will host martins for years to come.
