Add SREH to Heath Houses or Just Leave it

Hi guys, if you are familiar with the Heath Houses and their circle holes- for Starling resitance would you add plate covers like these:

Or do you think the Heath houses holes are at least somewhat resistant and don't need plates at all?

If they are round holes then they offer no starling resistance. If you can install the plates it would be a wise move.

If you are going to make those plates, you might want to consider making them with wing entrapment guards on them. I haven't found it yet, hopefully someone will post the link to it, but there is a tread that details the making of them.
