All Babies are doing well! the oldest 2 nests are estimated to fledge July 4th!

Oh! I forgot! they moved 4 babies over to a compartment without a nest, one next to the one with a nest. Why would martins do this? They are Subbies so are they just inexperienced?

Wow. I’ve never seen them move babies to another compartment. I don’t know how they would even do that. Unless the babies walked on the porch and just went inside that compartment.. that’s a first for me!

I know! I was so confused at first and thought the one baby was missing, then I saw they had no nest! I checked the next compartment and there was the one baby and the nest. I have no idea how they did that!

Cool pics! My 3 suppose to fledge July 14-18th. Man the parents were buzzing me hard yesterday when i looked into the natural gourd they are growing in. Should have got photo's but i was being buzzed constantly.
