Anyone have any Tree Swallows Yet??
Not seen any at my place yet.
Looking forward to warm temps after tomorrow.
Several warm days, Martin's will Love that.

Hi Joanne, here in central Kentucky I’ve seen tree swallows on my farm for about two weeks. They were a little later than normal this year.

Im in east central Indiana and typically have TS back early March, the earliest I have ever had them return is February 16th. I really thought they would have been early this year with the warm spring. However my martins returned before I say any TS this year. Two days ago was the first ones I have seen. No signs of any interest at all in cavities. I have a few gourds out and so far they are just perching on the top of my martin set ups.

Just saw the first pair way up here this morning. Snow covered ground but nice weather coming. They always know.
2010- 1 SY male on and off for a couple weeks
'11- 0 visits

14- 1 SY male stopped by over 2 weeks.

19- Break-through year. Had a SY Male stop in on June 7th and stay all day, every day until end of June
20 - The male didn't return. I did see a SY male do a few flyovers.
21- a couple brief visits

saw my 1st pair of TS this morning in WNY. wasn't too excited to see them....already poking around my gourds, which are mostly blocked but i do have a few open in case my pair returns. it's still cold so i wanted them to be able to go in if they show up and i didn't see them.
