Love the goings on, more drama than a hallmark series.
One pair has 3 gourds, been watching a week or so to see if they can hold them. Influx of stalled birds since its storming (finally), and they had their work cut out for them.
It was the female that led the charge, she would go to one of her gourds, male follows. She'd pop out and look at birds inspecting one of hers and immediately go and barge right in. Male (don't know how he knew) pops out and follows. He would pop out, listen and follow her.
Meanwhile desperate birds at dusk take her original home and the other one. She'd pop out again, look and go into those, he'd follow fights ensued and honestly after 8 times of this im not quite sure where the pair ended up.
Interesting that she is the one who's holding all these, he just followed. supposed to rain all day tomorrow, so those birds in those homes now will be hard to evict. And those stalled aren't going anywhere. Perhaps she can. I suspect she's going to use voodoo or perhaps just old school mafia tactics.
Too much fun! I think once that is straightened out, we'll be full.

I love the goings on. Some make you cringe, most smile. They are still at it. Imagine their bubble will burst when eggs appear.
