Can someone help identify these as female or SY males?

Really hard to tell from the picture. Can you tell what color the spots or specks on their chest looks like?

If those are dark spots on its head and neck, then it’s an SY male.. but hard to tell in photo..

Do these help? I think it is a male SY but not sure. Is it normal for them to “take” pieces or a nest already built and place in gourd he is staying in?

Pictures are still blurry, so it’s hard to be certain, but it looks like an ASY female or SY female in these 2 photos. It she’s bringing nest material from another compartment then it’s definitely a female. Males won’t do that. But females like to make it easy on themselves if they can, and will “rob” other nests for material and use it for theirs.
