Such a worrisome April in southeastern Ohio at our colony.! First, they were two weeks late and numbers are still down. Second, we have about 23 males and only 2 females!! Has anyone ever experienced this? Plus we got several subadult males a week ago and we don’t usually have them this early. We have also been hearing a barred owl across the road and walked out before dawn this morning to find one perched on top of our bed and breakfasts feeding platform!!
I’m worried about our season
