sold metal/plastic gourd rack assembly that holds 24 gourds or more, is reasonably priced, and comes with a winch, since 24 gourds can get heavy. THere are a few 24 unit ones available, but no winch on them........

Take a look at the S&K e-z-lift. --good, strong pole-- no wench needed! 
I don't think it will hold that many--- which is probably a benefit from a nest check point of view. I wouldn't want that many to check and be low all at once. Especially when it comes time for several nests to fledge while you still have young ones to check on.
