Baby Starling ID?

I trapped a baby bird in my NB trap. It was brown. Ha. I think it might have been a starling baby, but it could have been a grackle. They look very similar. Anyway, I let it go since I wasn't sure. Hope it won't come back as an adult starling!

Sue. If it does come back as an adult Starling, I'm sure you'll know what to do with it. Personally, I think you did the right thing with the baby too. If one can't positively ID, they should release. CUL Lou
