2nd Year Landlord Questions

Ok guys need a little help. We have a T14 and four gourds that I have half open right now. We have more birds showing up all the time. So should we just open the entire house and all four gourds, or wait a little longer? Thanks in advance for the great help.

Why wait, open up now. That way they can do some house/cavity shopping.

How many birds are currently there and how many rooms are you offering total?

And how many pairs nested last year? It's a good idea to add that info to your profile (how many pairs, how many years, housing used) because you'll get answers that are best suited to your situation that way.

Its in my signature for all to see. Thanks for the help, I will lower it tomorrow and open her up all the way. I have seen up to 12 here at once so far.
