Hi all, I have been watching and not writing because I didn't want to jinx anything. It has been a really good year so far. I have 20 gourds up and they are full. I have two Tree Swallow gourds up (BO-9s) and they are full.

Hope everyone else is having a good year also.

There is a lot of nest building going on so I am figuring on there being eggs pretty soon.

Good luck to everyone

Martin Colony History: Erected 1st house in 1997. Birds were checking it out before Mike got down from the ladder. Six cavities had a little colony 1st year. Grown to 88 cavities all gourds with near 100% occupancy. Most important factor for success is rain = bugs.

Wow!! Have you got one of those "blinking" signs that says "no vacancy"?

It's so great that everything is "all full"!! Best wishes to you for a successful season for all!!
Sincerely,
Laverne
