I just got new tunnels for my troyer horizontal. The new anti wing entrapment puts some plastic around the entrance. BUT the troyer I have has a lip around the end hole. Is there enough room for them to go abouve the lip which is a good 3/8" and get under the anti wing entrapment portion?

Oh yeah, Got my first two boys today! Love this time of year

I'd probably cut that lip out, Ron. A few seconds with a Dremel should do the trick.

Mike I couldn't figure out how to email you privately
I saw you had birds very early and was wondering if they made it. Mine just got here yesterday and today. 2 now 7. Hope this growth rate continues

Ron,
Check out these threads.
I think they talk about that lip you're referring to.

Martin Colony History: Start 2009 with one pair. Upgraded from S&K houses to two Trendsetter 12's with gourds beneath in 2013. I have experienced job, pet, and parental losses since '13. The Purple Martins lift my spirits and remind me how life continues forward by flying their little selves from Brazil back to my yard. As one forum person once told me, chin up DebA, look at the martins. Danger all around but yet they soar in the sky without a care in the world.

Wow Matt. You always pull links right out of your....head! You are a good historian or profiient with the serch button. I suspect both!

Always appreciate your input and help.
