Thanks for the replys. I guess it doesn't matter. The birds fledged out of that compartment 10 minutes after I applied it. Either it was not to their liking r it was just time to fly.

Thanks for your input.All of these birds have about the same wingspan as the adults that r nesting.They seem to be paired up.all but one is light on the underside,one is solid dark like a sy or adult. If they are mapping my location,it might be busy next season.thanks again
